I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient near Donington Park and offered plenty of local amenities, making it suitable for various needs. However, the rooms lacked a boutique touch and were noisy due to a nearby party, impacting our sleep quality. Service was attentive and helpful, but the dining experience left much to be desired with cold food and missing essentials.

I found my stay at the hotel to be quite mixed. While the rooms were plagued with noise from a nearby loud party and had various maintenance issues, the service from the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient for my needs, but the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, the hotel did not match the value for the price paid.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms desperately need an upgrade and refurbishment. Despite multiple complaints about the freezing temperatures, I received no response. On a positive note, the courtyard view was nice.

The staff were not terribly friendly. I was surprised that drinks came without ice and without being asked. However, during my stay for Download Festival, the staff seemed genuinely interested in our reasons for being there.
